Order Cut-Off Time (US)
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, GMT-08:00 — Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipment details.
Fulfillment & Shipping Carrier (US)
Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. or international partner warehouses, depending on product availability and destination.
Final-mile delivery within the United States is typically handled by USPS (United States Postal Service) or local delivery partners, ensuring reliable delivery and tracking.

VAT & Customs (UK)
All prices displayed for UK delivery are inclusive of UK VAT (20%). Our fulfillment partners operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means any applicable import duties and VAT have already been settled before delivery. You will not be required to pay additional taxes, customs fees, or duties when receiving your order.
Tracking (US & UK)
All orders include tracking. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
In some cases, your order may show as “Delivered” according to tracking information, but you may not have received it yet. Here’s what we recommend:
• Check with your local carrier or delivery service to confirm that the package isn’t being held or delivered to a nearby location (such as a neighbor or local post office).
• If you’re unable to locate your package, please file a lost package report with the carrier.
• After filing the report, contact us at support@hubdeclutter.com and we’ll assist you in investigating the issue and finding a solution.
